Songha® Night

Improves sleep quality and relaxation

Sleep Quality and Relaxation

Daily life is busy. A productive day starts with a good night’s sleep. But busy people often struggle to switch off at night, making it difficult to achieve the good quality, restorative sleep they need. While length of time it takes to fall asleep and overall quantity of sleep are both important, research shows sleep quality is more accurately defined by how refreshed a person feels the next day.1

Songha Night's combination of specific standardised extracts of Valerian (Valeriana officinlis) and Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) work in synergy to naturally improve sleep quality and promote relaxation. Valerian has a calming effect on the central nervous system, balancing agitated states and Lemon Balm has a soothing effect.2-4
